REFUND POLICY
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!! Since items are stocked in limited quantities, we CANNOT offer exchanges.   Due to the on going COVID-19 crisis, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! Please make sure you are selecting the correct size upon check out. Refunds will only be processed if there is a mistake made by Monique Chel’la Boutique.

SHIPPING POLICY
  
All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact your local post office directly.
Once the package is in the possession of the shipping company, Monique Chel’la Boutique is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. Please make sure the information that you input for shipping is correct, and you are shipping it to a secure location.
During holidays and sales, there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1-3 day window (excluding weekends).

PICK UP POLICY
Local pickup is available for local customers that can pick up their orders in Meadville, MS.
